Why Couples Suck
Okay, I'm overstating it. But still, as a perennially single guy, it's often difficult to discuss dating with people who are in relationships or who have rarely been without one. It's like when people wonder why the poor don't just go to college and get better jobs. Or why the homeless simply don't clean up and go to work. Or why students struggling to get C's don't just study harder.
Yes, I realize I've just said that when it comes to dating, I'm a poor homeless retard.
But, you know, it's the law of averages. Someone has to be, right? And those of you in relationships clearly aren't, so the hammer has to fall somewhere. Not that all singles are also poor homeless retards; I'm only speaking for myself here. There's plenty of room for singledom between that level and dating success.
I could go on, but coming from me it probably just sounds like whiny bitterness and you think that the simple and easy solution is, "Keep going out there and be confident!" So instead, I'll direct you to a much better-written blog discovered by Lisa and Babs that nails it on the head for the Relationship-Challenged, no matter what your gender:
